Does anyone know if they do another full credit check before they released the funds. Only curious. Nothing to hide obviously. Or they just do a bankruptcy check?

We are going with precise because I have a.... Jaded past!
2 defaults in 2012, 1 in 2014 and recently finished a dmp but have been advised this doesn't matter as its their speciality.
Everything has been sent off via our financial advisor... Fingers crossed
Home will be built around June time but contracts need to be exchanged by the end of the month so I am praying they don't take ages.0 -
I would be very suprised if they do it all within 3 weeks.0
