    Does anyone know if they do another full credit check before they released the funds. Only curious. Nothing to hide obviously. Or they just do a bankruptcy check?

    As out home isn't ready for 10 weeks

    We are going with precise because I have a.... Jaded past!
    2 defaults in 2012, 1 in 2014 and recently finished a dmp but have been advised this doesn't matter as its their speciality.
    Everything has been sent off via our financial advisor... Fingers crossed :)
    Home will be built around June time but contracts need to be exchanged by the end of the month so I am praying they don't take ages.
