Hi went to Matalan in Bury parked in blue badge bay as I always do,spent 21 mins in store . On 11th Feb received a letter informing me I had parked on private land but only s showing two photos one entering the car park and one leaving

you need to follow the advice in the NEWBIES sticky thread near the top of the forum and use the blue text template appeal, do not name or infer who was driving0 -

Right, so use the template appeal in the NEWBIES FAQs thread to appeal as keeper, not saying who was driving, but attaching a copy of the Blue Badge that relates to you (admit to being a 'occupant' of the car which was parked in a disabled bay).
NOT that 'I parked in a disabled bay'.
