Has anyone used them recently and are they any good?
Got an AIP from them, they appear to have done a hard search so we are guessing they are satisfied with his credit?
Full application going in this week. Is it really just a case of verifying information and making sure everything is correct now? We live in Scotland so if I'm correct we don't need to have a valuation done, which I'd hope would speed everything up, but reading reviews online they are terrible  13 weeks to then decline someone is mad and asking for documents individually. Everything is pretty straightforward, but I'm not hearing good things.
I'd imagine after all these people complained they'd have to change their practices?

I just finished my application from Leeds and offer document came through the post yeterday. I started my application on 27th Jan. It can be fast when you dont have crappy credit record.
They did a hard search on my account on the first day I handed in application. If they need more information they would ask for it. If not, then they are most likely happy.
Dont forget people with bad experience are more likely to come on social media and complain, whereas those with good experience won't.
You can also ring Leeds to check the status of your application.0 -
Thanks! It's always a comfort to know someone recently has had dealings and they didn't wait 13 weeks!0
