Ive recently had some problems at work and wish to make a SAR to see what information is held on file about me.Can i ask for all emails or will i have to be more specific like naming people who are employed within the company and emails to and from me to them, also is there any time limit to how far i can go back for the emails

You can ask for any information that mentions you specifically or any info they hold on you. I don't know if e-mails from and to you would be covered.

You're probably better off contacting the IT department for that though.

There should be a Data Controller at your work, find out who it, send them the SAR.
