How do you know this then?0

Because I support campaigns to change the law and have personally spoken to mothers who have had their children stolen from them and will never see them again.
I have also spoken to mothers and have campaigned with mothers who's children were given to abusive ex partners who then murdered those children and those mothers had to watch their children dying for days in hospital.
That's how I know, but you don't because it happens in a secret court where mothers are silenced from telling the world about the abuse.0 -
Sorry not convinced. Will ask my solicitor because I am shocked.
Abusive ex partners are mothers too you know not just fathers. I know because I have one.0 -

Here's one of them, Claire she's a remarkable women who campaigns to get the law changed.
When you hear it straight from her its heartbreaking.
As you say you're not convinced, that's simply because this is happening in secret day after day, destroying lives.
If only we could open the family courts secrecy, people like yourself could no longer pretend its not happening.

Here's a more legitimate one that shows the bias towards abusers in family court.

Secret courts that youve just published a story from/about?
That dont make sense. You cant on one hand say people dont know about it because its secret and youre not allowed to say anything and then say something. Its an oxymoron.
Im assuming youre not the legal representative in such cases?0 -
