In a word - or phrase if we are being precise - raw foods.
How about googling for raw foods and see what comes up and I have seen some good instructional videos on You Tube on this.

not got round to doing much myself yet in that direction - but there are some luscious-looking recipes around and you wouldnt miss out at all on the nutrition - au contraire, your food would be loads healthier (all its enzymes, etc, still present).0 -

My slow cooker is the size of a normal slow-cooker but also has a steaming function. It was a present but I think it cost about £40. There's a slow cooker index in one of the stickies at the top of this board.0
