vehicle removed

A bailliff has removed a vehicle for non payment of council tax debt in my name, however the vehicle is not registered in my name and will be sold very soon. is there anything i can do about this please? very stressed about this. Many thanks guys

Is the vehicle yours ?
The name on the registration document is not always the owner.
The kind of proof required by a bailiff to release a vehicle seized in this manor, would be either a receipt, or proof of who taxes and insures the vehicle, that sort of thing.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
