Balance Transfer after Mortgage Approval

Hi

Could somebody advise me whether its wise to do Balance transfer after mortgage approval.

One of my CC 0% offer is ending this month is 3.5K , which I already declared with my mortgage application. Mortgage was approved by taking this into consideration and there is no clause on approval that I need to pay in full.

My question is if I do a another 0% for this debt into one of my existing cards ( already there is a promotional 0% offer) does it flag in my credit report and can cause any harm to my mortgage approval?

Thanks

They may check again before completion, but even if they do, I can't see why it would matter. If you have no more debt than before, and no more credit availability than before, your situation is materially the same.
