ITV competition questions

Hi I'm new to comping but got a few questions if anyone could help.

The itv competition can you send multiple entries by post? I know you can't put multiple entries in one envelope but can you send multiple entries as long as in different envelopes?
I can't find in the t and c anything about this


Also I'm intrigued with various methods of entries how do they pick one winner from post phone text etc?
Do they have to enter all details from post entries on a computer to randomly pick?

You can enter as many times by post as any of the other entry methods, as long as each is sent individually with the correct postage.

All the entries are combined for selecting a winner - there is only a phone number and name to be input from the postal entries which could be scanned and there is a company that handles it for most of the phone comps (not just itv).
