Talking of birds, not sure if you can answer this one firefly? We were getting lots of finches and t i ts at the feader but they seem to have dissapeared all of a sudden, DH is most upset as loved seeing them. The food is still going down though LOL, think the pigeons are pinching it, not seen many squids either.

Sun not out here yet but supposed to appear later
so had better make the most of it as due to be wet here tomorrow.

Glad you enjoyed the Diana programe Alfie. She was born the same year as me, married a year before me and had her 2 sons each a year before me so was thankful to still be here a year after she died. Used to spook me a bit when I saw her date of birth and death on the TV. It was so sad.
My 2 sons had been out delivering newspapers and came back with the news. I hadn't had the TV on that morning.

Will have to get things up to date today as having a bit of a buffet tomorrow for my parents, DD and BF. DS3 will be doing a lot of it though I hope! He likes a nice family gathering when he is home. Shame the only day everyone could manage will be the wet one but never mind.

Morning everyone. Cloudy here but sun is supposed to make an appearance in the afternoon according to the forecast. Heading out this morning to get some shoppin. DIL's mum phoned to say she was definately picking them up. Have made a lasagne for them and will get some salad etc while I am out to save them cooking. Hope everyone is we.. Be lucky.
