sylv - your new soft pair of jeans sound lovely - I'm a
big fan of jeans - find they are both comfy and practical
to wear - couldn't be without them really!

We're all doggie daft too mcculloch29 - had many gorgeous
characters throughout the years. I've got a beautiful puddy cat
now :grinheart but do enjoy looking after all 'the paws' for various
members of my lovely family when they go off on well deserved
holidays etc.

Well - had better crack on with this and that .... after I've made
myself another cuppa. Have a wonderful Sunday all and

Morning peeps. Bit overcast here but it is very mild and no rain. Leg has eased off thank goodness. Might be heading down Clydeside later. Loads of Garden Centres and Nurseries so may get a few plants for tubs and hanging baskets. Need a couple of big bags of compost as well. Might as well make good use of sons boot lol. Will depend if GD is back to health. She has had a humdinger of a cold. We all thought it was flu at first but thankfully not. Her chest is still a bit wheezy so we will see. Leanfun hope you are feeling better . Will take a little while so take it easy. Let DH feed you grapes lol. Sorry:o Hope everyone else is well.

Good morning. Had a really good nights sleep last night and slept in a bit this morning so feel chipper today. Think it tired me out walking all round town yesterday, its the standing around waiting like GD tried on clothes that doesnt help. She got a lovely dress anyway and some Converse and other trainer type shoes so she was well happy.

Glad you are slowly improving leanfun, think its a slow process when we have a fall.

Sounds like your legs are a bit easier today as well Rose. Love a good Garden Cenre trip so enjoy your self. How are you getting on with your scooter?

Been out on it twice sylvia. Guys just up the road about 3 doors away said I could use their training ground that they use accross the road if I was a bit unsure with it. (They teach learner motor bike drivers) but I am ok. Just not been out in heavy traffic yet.. DS changed his mind once he had a go lol he just didn't like the fact it didn't take off when he put his pedal to the metal as he says. Had to tell him it wasn't a motor bike and wasn't built to perform like one.

Back home. Plant and sundries shopping all done. Will get them in during the week. It has been a glorious sunny afternoon here after a disapointing start this morning. Yes leanfun looking forward to a few jaunts out in the good weather whenever the fancy takes me. Have not bought it for everyday use which is why I didn't want a car. Transport service here is very good and trains station etc is very close to me. A car would have sat like an ornament a very expensive ornament

Sounds like everyone has been really busy in the garden and shopping! I love it when the warmer weather comes around! After a wet start it's turned out glorious here

Alfie, I'm a big fan of jeans too but I hate the skinny type ones and ripped ones out now! I just look ridiculous in them

Sounds like a productive day shopping yesterday Sylvia I sent for my DD some converse that were on offer but there was a delay on them, she's been waiting 6 weeks now but they're sending out this week finally!

I love golden retrievers McCulloch That's the dog I wanted first but we ended up with a border collie although I do love him even though he's a pita!

I've been trying to sort some stuff out maybe to do a car boot sale. We always end up with bags of clothes even though we don't buy many! Not sure where it all comes from!
DD2 been to gymnastics but has a knee injury and a comp coming up soon. She still has a hacking cough even with the inhaler so I may have to cancel competition. At least her SATs are finished with now anyway and she thinks she did well in them

Hope you're all ok and had an enjoyable weekend.

We're off to a damp but bright start here - apparently
it will be clearing up later. Thankfully it's still lovely and mild.

Mind you the rain is most welcome at the mo as it's been
quite dry of late. The birds are loving it - pecking away at the
ground for lovely juicy worms etc. _pale_
