Help with child support issue

Hiya.
There was another thread about charging orders, but I didn't want to hijack.
I'm currently owed a 'fair few' thousand in unpaid child maintenance (it was a REMO as the NRP isn't in the UK) and there's no sign of him paying any arrears (or maintenance). He owns 2 mortgaged properties with his wife, and 1/3 of a property in the UK (no mortgage). The REMO is going for enforcement in his country, but it's not a quick process and I'm worried he'll just sell up and plead poverty.
