Court Claim Advice Please!

Hi, this morning I recieved a letter from a county court in Northampton. It was about a debt I apparently have with Express Gifts/Cabot Financial
I have no idea what to do now, and I have been looking on the internet all morning at sites and to be honest I am now even more confused as to what to do. I then remembered this forum and was hoping I could ask for help and get some that I will understand ( all the legal stuff just bamboozles my brain!!!)
I do no remember much about the account I have here but it was from October 2011 apparently. Is there a letter I write now? Or do i just wait it out
Thanks in advance

Hi,
If its a claim form you have received, you only have a certain timescale in which to respond to it.
You should acknowledge service online, that will extend your time frame for submitting your defence to 28 days i believe.
You need to decide how to approach this, you either have to admit the debt in full, part, or defend it.
When was your last payment, could it of been over six years since you last paid ?
