Payday Loans Irresponsible Lending

I'm working hard to repair my credit rating after falling into debt about a year ago. I was taking out payday loans to pay back payday loans and just to basically "live". I have read a few things about claiming back interest and filing complaints against payday lenders for irresponsible lending. How successful is this and is it actually worthwhile claiming? - I have used numerous payday companies, Wonga, Payday UK etc. I have sent an email to Wonga asking for a break down of my previous lending but not sure where to go from here in terms of "complaining"?

There is a big post on here about people who have claimed back money also debt camel has a good section on payday loan complaints. Do not expect it to be a quick process though sadly. The teams that deal with this are snowed under with complaints - both at the company end and the financial ombudsman end if the complaint gets that far.
Have a read of some of the thread on here as a starting point. The people in that thread will help you
