Best Discount Variable Tracker On The Market?

My mortgage is due up with the Nationwide in June and I am as uncertain as anyone about where interest rates are going. Anyway, very unlikely that I am going to get the same as I have now (3.79% fixed) BUT does this offer from the Britannia look to be the best the market can offer for a short term fix????
2 Year Discount
-1.5% off their BBR
2 years at BBR (Bank of England Base Rate) = 4.75%
And big brucie bonuses for remortgages in the form of
No early redemption charges
No admin or arrangement fees
Std Valuation
Free conveyancing
On this deal, it seems a no brainer. Opt for a switch for NO COST and if in the future a good fixed comes a long, jump ship!
Am I missing something?

Hi there,
Its funny you should say that, my mortgage with Nationwide is also up in June and have been advised to go for the Brittania - I spoke to a friend who is a financial advisor and he said it was a good deal however he dealt with Brittania a few years ago and he said they were incredibly incompetent and took forever to get everything sorted - although as he said this may have changed by now. Anyone out there had any experiences with them and is there a catch I'm missing too - it seems too good to be true!DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY

Looked at the Britannia deal seems quite good, no flexible features if that matters.

Have to agree with your financial adviser - but again this was also a couple of years ago, so things may well be different.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
