Do you have to tell the bank of a redundancy process if you have a mortgage offer?
We are about to sign contracts on a new house next week but my wife has found out today she is in a 30 day consultation period starting next Tuesday when the meeting is.
What do we do?

I wouldn't comment on that, I know nothing about your application, circumstances, lender...
It may come down to if it is affordable on one income.
You need to ask yourself if it is a sensible thing to do, entering into such a contract with the current risks she faces.0
