Sick pay & holiday pay

I have been signed off work for the past 5 weeks and am due to return in another week, I had a weekend booked off during this time using up a few days holiday I had left, I noticed on checking out my rota online that my holiday were still showing as holidays and not sickness, should these holidays not be converted to sick and will the fact they have not in anyway interfere with sick pay ? Thanks

You can ask for it to be converted to sick, but it won't happen automatically AFAIK. Talk to your employer.

If they are still down as holidays they should be paid as holidays.
They should not break the sick period into 2 separate incidences.

if you want them paid as sick pay getting the holidays restored to your allowance you will need to get that changed.
