Hey just wondering if someone can help me?
I recently started a new job within my company at a much higher salary that I am currently on.
I've been doing the new Job role for around 3 months now and I've still not had my title or salary applied in payroll. It's really frustrating as I was told there wouldn't be a new contract as my terms and conditions have not changed.
I wouldn't normally moan but this job includes working 12 hr shifts and working weekends and nights for no increase in my wage.
I was then told I would only be allowed a 30% increase on my base salary so not the full amount what i was originally told and what everyone else in the new role is already on.
I really need the uplift to be sorted as it's a drastic increase.
To make matters worse 7 other people moved into this role (Some from external companies) and one came from agency (Same company) to perm and he has the wage increase.
Anything i can do?
thanks so much

Start by trying to find out where the block is: has your manager actioned the increase with HR / Payroll? If they say they have, can you check with HR / Payroll what's holding it up?
If you get no joy from your enquiries, time for a grievance.Signature removed for peace of mind0
