Worth remortgaging early

Morning my mortgage is fixed until July 18 I owe roughly 53k is it worth remortgaging early,it's only 1% charge from July and I would want to borrow 55 if that's possible I'm currently on 3.09.house is worth £150k just to get a better deal currently with Halifax, but there deals not great at the moment ? Thanks in advance

Mine runs out on July 31st. You can get an offer now scheduled for after it expires, (keeping current rates).
My guess is the 1% charge is only worth it if the thing you switch to is better than 2.09% (assuming the 1% charge is pro-rota'd...not seen anywhere that says if it is or isn't)Mortgage (Nov 15): £79,950 | Mortgage (May 19): £71,754 | Mortgage (Sep 22): £0
