Worth remortgaging early

Morning my mortgage is fixed until July 18 I owe roughly 53k is it worth remortgaging early,it's only 1% charge from July and I would want to borrow 55 if that's possible I'm currently on 3.09.house is worth £150k just to get a better deal currently with Halifax but there deals not great at the moment ? Thanks in advance

    You can usually arrange a new mortgage three months in advance.
    You need to work out the figures if it is worth it.
    Exit fee from the Halifax, ERC, New mortgage costs, survey, legals etc.
    Are you looking at another fix ? Why £55,000 as you may end up paying out £995 in a mortgage fee alone !
