Natwest mortgage - Enact

I have recently applied for a Natwest remortgage and now have been contacted by Enact. They have sent the mortgage deed and have asked me to sign and return. I've been waiting for an offer for a while now so I wanted to know does this mean everything has been approved and application has been accepted. Would appreciate any help if anyone has been in a similar position. Thanks

No way of knowing.
Solicitor instruction doesn't come after offer issue as it does with some lenders.
Ask your broker for your app number. The tracker isn't great but it's better than nothing and better than speculation on here.I am a mortgage broker.
