Miss Marples Guide to Life

Hello anyone who may read this, :hello:

I've ummed and ahhed about finally joining these boards for a while but along with my resolution to stop procrastinating I've just kept putting it off. AS punishment to you all (not fair but then neither is life), I'm inflicting my debt diary on you. On a more positive note at least you're not forced to read it, yet.....

Anyway, for the brave souls that have made it this far a little more about me. I'm nearly thirty, fat and deeply in debt, gentlemen, please form an orderly queue :kisses2: . But I will be sorting it out. I like the idea of doing everything the flyady way, one step at a time and all that. This time i'm determined to do it properly and not write down 64,000 'simple' babysteps that I simply must acheive in one easy day and then my lifes sorted.

I have posted up my soa and will link to it here soon, just as soon as a :rolleyes:figure ot how to do it that is.

My first debt aim is to have all the tax mans money put away for him, may not be costing me anything interest wise at the mo but the little darlings have a habit of changing from the nice fluffy gremlins to the nasty evil kind once 31st January comes about, i've tried not feeding them after midnight but nothing works.

I've decided today on a small challenge, I've put aside £100 for matched betting/buying to sell on ebay etc and think that on top of saving money, increasing wages etc I [strike]am going to attempt to[/strike] will turn the £100 into £1,000. I've already invested a tenner after a remarkable sale in my local boots netted me £112 of not going out of date ebayable goods for £9.97 (no room for the stuff they where not going to stock at the wee store anymore apparently), reckon I can easily net £40 after charges etc. Also done the gala bingo link on Quidco and my £30 is verified already. It should all get me to a good start for when I finally get my head round the matched betting. I'm going to post it if anyones interested. :D

Night mum and we can speak in the morning!

It matters not if you try and fail,
And fail, and try again; But it matters much if you try and fail, And fail to try again.
