No contact from company re win

Hi all

I have received an email from Good Housekeeping Magazine on Friday 3rd Feb last week. The email said I had won a pair of tickets to the BAFTA awards and an EE Goody Bag. The email also said the prize sponsor would be in touch within 28 days.
The problem is the BAFTA awards are this Sunday 12th Feb. If they respond 28 days later it will be too late. I have emailed them back multiple times with no response as yet.

London is too far for us to travel in a day so we need to book Trains, Hotels, Babysitters and days off work for the Monday.

Has anyone any advice or any contact information for the Competitions Team at Good Housekeeping Magazine? Any help gratefully received as we really want to make use of this prize but time is running out to receive tickets.

Please send us a winner's quote e.g. 'Thanks for my prize! I am so excited' along with a photo and we can upload on to the site. Just send your email to win@dmri.co.uk, please ensure that you give us your name and the prize won! Also why not tell everyone about your win on Facebook!

Please ensure you copy prizes@dmri.co.uk into any email correspondence you have with the above contact.

You need to contact whomever it says at xx@yyy.co.uk immediately, and if possible google yyy.co.uk to find a phone number.

I have just heard back from the Head of PR at Hearst publications after my emails, she is chasing this through for me as I should of heard back from them by now.. Many thanks for your help. The prize I won I believe is for tickets and the bag only but very similar otherwise. Be nice if i'm wrong and the rest is included.
