  • That was a bit of a long post but I just wanted to provide some examples of what has been happening in order to receive relevant advice.

    If she were a colleague on 'my level', I could deal with it but with her being my line manager, it's tricky!

    If you get involved you will be working so only do KIT days.

    also don't do extended maternity as your rights to your old job back change.
