Precise mortgages

Does anyone know if precise supports the open market shared equity scheme (lift Scotland) and if you can only use them through a broker?

Everything I am finding seems for professional use only and I just want to confirm that I can use them when part of my deposit is being provided through the scheme.

I don't believe they do. Ask a local broker specialised in the Lift scheme.

Oh if only it was that easy to find a broker who knows about the lift scheme :rotfl:

This is an old post. Thank you for your updates though. I done my homework and a full application has been submitted to Leeds Building Society.

We found a broker who knew about the lift scheme (100 mile round trip) after I had a DIP in place with Leeds, they advised me they wouldn't get involved at this stage and to continue with an execution only? mortgage.

All the criteria is met (including the additional requirements) so now it is a waiting game =/
