Help ME please!

Hello everyone this is my first time on here but not on martin's web site.
basicly me and my wife have been stuppid, first we have 2 loans 1 for 15000 and the other is a det management loan for 7,000 plus a credit card of 1500 and an other loan for my lap top which is £750 just looking at this makes me sick.

I am going to sit down and do a buget and get some advice, and just wanted to see what you all can come up with
