I suspected there may be history to get where you are today but the signs from what you said were you were becoming a bit more bother than you are worth to them.
Don't need the details but appealing a disciplinary because you did no wrong is very different to appealing on a technicality.
How long have you worked there?
if things were not working so you resigned they then got you to stay but did not fix the things that got you leave in the first place then it may be time to move on if you don't think things will resolve so you can stay.
when looking at settlements.
Min would be what you would get if you resigned or were asked to leave as a PILON payment.
On top could be the equivalent to a redundancy situation, if a company gives enhanced packages one of those could be reasonable.
Then depending on the situation some shutup and go quietly money.
there are no set rules.
Again Sorry!!
I've been there 4 years, never had a problem at all, get on with my manager and supervisor, then had this disciplinary which I didn't mind at first until realising things weren't done correctly then they just got worse from there... I became sick with stress and anxiety due to the behaviour from them so during some off time (took time off ill) put in my grevience against them and appealed the disciplinary and handed in my resignation then this SA was put on the table during a HR convo.
Guess I'll just wait to see what they say.0 -

What did they say?Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
Putting in a grievance after you are already subject to a disciplinary isn't always straightforward.
Is your grievance about whether the disciplinary proceedings comply with your employer's procedures?0 -
What did they say?
I signed an SA got them to pay considerably more than they first offered...
To Manxman in exile my grievance was in relation to how they handled situations including the disciplinary procedure and complaints... they don't have set standards so i used ACAS as a base template of how certain situations should be handled... eventually got a solicitor involved who confirmed what I believed to be true.0 -

You have to be careful saying things like this.
You may believe that their behaviour made you so seriously sick with stress that you had to take sick time. Does a doctor think that (and will put it in a report)?
We all have stress in all areas of our life, and pointing to one aspect or more accurately one person as being responsible is not only unhealthy for you, but could cause more problems for you if you bandy accusations around.0 -

Yeah my doctors were aware, I already had anxiety before but had it under control and then all the drama with them sparked it up again... it was most certainly unhealthy for me which is why i resigned at a point and was more than happy to take the SA route! My anxiety is slowly becoming manageable now and I'm 100% happier which is best for my family!!0
