why the Broker route instead a bank ... i would of thought the banks would offer /get me the best deal/rate ....Deleted_User wrote: »A broker. Loyalty is going to cost you significantly over the years.0 -
thankyou. that has explained my previous questionI would see an independent mortgage broker. A decent one will do more than just find you a mortgage they will also guide you through the process. Whereas the person in the bank is just selling you a mortgage rather than giving you advice.0 -
A bank will sell you the mortgage they have for sale. An independent, whole of market broker will look for the best deal, wherever that may come from.0

My wife and I found our broker a few years ago by asking a few of our friends to recommend someone they had used, try asking some of your chums.I don't but I have been scouring MSE and it recommends L&C and Trinity Financial
Best of luck."Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... [it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."0 -

Have a look on Unbiased. From what I can gather L&C are a high volume mortgage broker meaning they churn out lots and lots of mortgages which is fine if you are a relatively vanilla borrower and everything goes smoothly. I'm also not sure if L&C are whole of market or not. If you want a bit more guidance and advice L&C might not be the best broker to go with.0
