Won one ages ago 30/8 and by return sent them my address etc. Sent an email 3/9 only to be told they had not had address and so gave it to them again and still not heard and they are not responding to emails. Just wondered what others experience was. Sarer.

Hi sarer, i remember mine taking quite a while to arrive. Probably at least 3 weeks. Now having the same problem with a Sudoku book win, emailed them today to see if it had been sent and they emailed back to apologise for the delay..
