Win not delivered!

Can anyone help? Quite new to comping and was overjoyed to win some furniture on fb. However despite supplyingy my details and contacting the company on several occasions I still have no delivery date. I feel like I'm fobbed off every time I contact them and they've used every excuse under the sun as to why they can't deliver at the moment.
Do I have any rights? What should my next step be? It's even more frustrating that they're running a new fb comp 😡

You can complain to the ASA and if the company are found to be at fault they will be told not to do it again but they do not have the power to force a prize to be provided.

Usually a prize should be provided within 30 days unless they stated different in the competitions T&C's

Tell us the name of the Facebook page - unfortunately there are many fake competitions on social media.

Hope this is not the case for you.
