How long does it take to set aside a CCJ?

I've got good cause to get a CCJ set aside as it was highly unfair and this is currently stopping me from getting a mortgage. If its a quick process i can still keep the fofer on my house.

Does anyone know how long it takes roughly from sending in the appeal form to getting a verdict?

It depends on the circumstances, if you could explain a bit more about the "situation" it would help people advise, you cannot get the information at the credit agencies changed yourself so would rely on the court to do so on your behalf, you may have to pay for this amendment if your complaint is upheld, I would imagine it would take some time but depends on the court involved, it is still possible to get a mortgage with a CCJ.
