Most of the terms and conditions are what you would normally expect, but I thought the following would be worth posting and I hope by copying and pasting, I am not breaching MSE forum rulels.

". THE PRIZES

4.1. There are 4 x prizes available to win in the prize draw. Each prize is a cruise holiday of up to 7 nights in duration for up to 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 16) in a 4 berth oceanview cabin on any of the following sailings (subject to availability):
Independence of the Seas
- 27 May 2017 – 7 nights ex [insert port of departure] (visiting ports in France and Spain)

- 14th October 2017 – 7 nights ex [insert port of departure] (visiting ports in France and Spain)

- 24th October 2017 – 5 nights ex [insert port of departure] (visiting ports in France and The Netherlands)

Navigator of the Seas
- 26 May 2017 – 7 nights ex [insert port of departure] (visiting ports in France, Spain and Portugal)

- 22 October 2017 – 5 nights insert port of departure] (visiting ports in France and Spain)

4.2 The Prizes do not include travel insurance (which is compulsory), travel to and from the port of departure, spending money, excursions, food and beverages (other than those specified in clause 4.1), gratuities and any other personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of a Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
4.3. The supplier of the Prizes is RCL Cruises Ltd t/a Royal Caribbean Cruises International (company no. 07366612) whose registered office is at Building 3, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge (RCCI).
4.4. Winners take the Prizes subject to the following conditions:
(a) The standard booking conditions of RCCI available at https://www.royalcaribbean.co.uk apply to all winners (and their travelling party) as if they had purchased their respective cruise holidays, save where varied by these terms which shall take precedence;
(b) Once the winner’s selected sailing has been confirmed, no changes may be made.
(c) Sailings are limited to those stated and are subject to availability at the time of selection. If no sailings (as specified above) are available at the time of selection, RCCI will offer an alternative sailing of similar duration and value;
(d) Travel insurance shall be required for winner and winner’s party and evidence shall be provided on demand; and
(e) Winners are responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling party hold valid passports and any necessary visas and travel documents required for a particular sailing.
4.5. The Prizes are as stated and no cash alternatives will be offered. The Prizes are not transferable.
4.6. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The Promotor is not responsible for the delivery of the Prize by RCCI and any claims in this regard are to be made against RCCI subject always to RCCI’s standard booking conditions and these conditions of entry.
4.7. Insofar as is permitted by law, each of Royal Caribbean Cruises International, Independent Travel Experts, The Travel Network Group and the 2 Sisters Food Group will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the prize draw and/or taking up a Prize. Entrants' statutory rights are not affected.

6. PUBLICITY AND COMMUNICATIONS
6.1. Prize winners agree that their claiming of a Prize is conditional upon them consenting to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
6.2. By entering the prize draw, each entrant consents to their entry details (full name, email and address) being shared with RCII and Pebble Shore Travel who may
contact participants for marketing purposes by email.

8. HOLIDAY GIFT VOUCHERS
8.1. Each entrant will receive a unique gift of a voucher code (Gift Voucher) to redeem against the cost of a holiday purchased from Pebble Shore Travel.
8.2. The Gift Voucher is issued by Pebble Shore Travel (member of Independent Travel Experts) whose registered office is at Independent Travel Experts, 2 Crown Square, Woking, Surrey, GU216HR.
8.3. The Gift Voucher can only be used for bookings made directly with Pebble Shore Travel. Only one Gift Voucher per booking can be used and Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or for ‘flight only’ bookings.
8.4. The value of Gift Voucher is dependent on total booking value as per the following:
