Help with studying costs whilst not working

Have you tried help with your anxieties. You seem to want to take the route of avoidance rather then trying to work through your anxieties. The more you avoid what makes you anxious, the more anxious you will become. Not answering the phone will become very debilitating in your personal life too, so your focus should be to try to beat this phobia.
Even in the job you are looking to do, you could find yourself having to answer the phone, if only to cover the person who normally would if they are away.

Yes I have tried CBT, counseling, meditation etc.. nothing seems to work in this regard.
Medication helps with the depression side of things but does little to alleviate the anxiety.
Doctors are thinking I may also have sleep apnoea and they reckon if that is the case it can be fixed by wearing a sleep mask and once I start getting a proper nights sleep it should help with the anxiety as well.
Sleep clinic in 1 weeks time so fingers crossed.0
