Credit search mystery

I have just done a credit search with Equifax and a search has showed up from a company called Shop direct financial services Ltd search reason was associte.It was dated 16/09/07.
I am having problems with Mackenzie Hall,Lowell and Red at the moment
Can anybody tell me if these people are any of the above,as i have not tried to get credit with anybody for years

Shop Direct Financial Services are I think Littlewoods catalogue financial services. Have you a spouse or partner who you have a financial association with? If so have they recently opened or tried to open a catalogue account?
