Just a small note of caution.

Apart from "Our headquarters are in Wayzata, Minnesota in the United States of America.", various reference to 'LCC', and statements that the terms of use are governed by the laws of a different US state (Vermont), there's nothing to be found on the website about this company. Not even an address or a phone number.

Isn't this very likely to be just a data gathering exercise (name, address and email address)? Or worse.

This looks very odd indeed - no way I'd be handing personal information over to an outfit like this in return for a (probably non-existent) small piece of chocolate. :eek:

Simple solution....just give your work address if you have one.

I won't bother with this one; even though I have a pseudo email address for all freebies and I use a dummy name as well. I never give my real name for any freebies.
