Final Settlements

Hi all - I'm a newbie poster but avid lurker!!! I'm in the process of settling some debts and have made a few offers over the telephone which have been accepted. I am obviously aware I should get confirmation in writing, and after reading previous posts - get them to state no steps will be taken to recover remaining amounts. I've attached below what they've come back with. Is this OK for me to accept and should I be looking for them to add anything else in there that will protect me in the future?? Thanks for looking, any help appreciated!!
Thank you for your recent communication in relation to the above account.

Provided that payment is made in accordance with this letter, neither we nor our client will take any further steps in relation to recovery of the remaining balance. (Any record on your credit file will be updated to reflect this).
If you wish to accept this offer please call us on the above telephone number within the next 10 days. After this period it is important that you contact us so that we can provide you with any revised figures.
Once the payment is cleared we will inform our client of this settlement so that, if appropriate, they can update your Credit File with the various Credit Reference Agencies and mark the account as partially satisfied. If you experience any changes in your circumstances or have any specific queries in relation to our involvement on your account, please contact us on the above telephone number or email us at XXXX
