Get fit for free in London

Hi,

we're just working on a new destination guide for London and I'm adding in a few ways to get fit for free.

So far we're including Our Parks, some of the sports shops' fitness classes, free tennis courts and ParkRun, but I wondered if you've tried anymore that you think should be included?

Project Awesome and London Midnight Runners are both free I believe. I haven't been to either but friends have and seem to rate them.

Also GoodGym is starting soon in London which I think is a great idea. It's excercise combined with doing some good for the community.
