Lost Pension?

I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place for this, but since my mum passed away in November i've been dealing with her estate. I've come across a lot of paperwork relating to a "Unity Pension Services" pension that she had set up. All of it addressed to her old address that she moved out of in 1998 and since then nothing. I've just looked them up online and they dissolved in 2003.
Would this pension have been transferred to another provider? If not what should i do?

I would try the Pensions Advisory Service, they can grace lost pensions.0

I think TPAS will just point you to the link in xylophone's post, since they have a helpsheet on tracing pensions that more or less says you should use the gov.uk tool (at least as first port of call). So use that.I am a Technical Analyst at a third-party pension administration company. My job is to interpret rules and legislation and provide technical guidance, but I am not a lawyer or a qualified advisor of any kind and anything I say on these boards is my opinion only.0

How old was she? Was she already drawing this pension?
i ask because if she was over 64 she may have bought an annuity back in the past.0 -
According to that site Unity personal pension scheme became Friend's Life.
Now that confuses me a bit. She also had a pension set up with Friend's Provident at the same time, which also at a later date became Friend's Life. Yet she only received one pension from them.0 -
