I tried MSE's "Debenhams 12 Red Roses Couriered for £20" discount code this morning. Waste of time - the website doesn't work. I attempted to submit my order four times on my computer and phone and it just would not go through.

I used the Debenhams £5 discount code on 1 February to order roses for my wife for delivery today, on Valentine's Day. I received a message this morning saying that delivery would be delayed for at least another 2 working days - so Valentine's flowers for delivery not on Valentine's Day! Unbelievable. MSN - is there anything that you can do about this? You might want to apologise to your subscribers for offering this discount, although I appreciate that it is Debenhams fault and not yours. I accessed Debenhams online chat bot to discuss the problem, and they could not rectify it - they just offered to cancel my order and to submit a new one
