19) The prize is subject to availability and due to weather and road conditions, holiday is only valid for departures 12 May – 11 September 2017.
20) Medium SUV car rental for the duration of the tour including unlimited mileage, $2,000,000 third party liability insurance, Loss Damage Waiver (excess applies), local taxes and charges. Driver must have held a valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months and have a valid Visa, MasterCard or Amex card. Drivers under 25 but over 21 will be required to pay an underage supplement on collecting the car; drivers under 21 are NOT allowed to drive. Fuel, parking charges and road tolls and additional driver fees are the winners responsibility.
21) Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the name, date or nature of the booking are not permitted.
22) The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Any personal expenses and spending money (d) UK to airport transfers (e) Any visas required.
23) The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.
