in Reclaim mortgage fees, council tax, etc
I have looked and looked for the first template letters of which I claimed 4000 pounds off my halifax account, when I use the resolver template letter it comes back stating the email address you are using is masking the complaint to companies I've written to. can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please?

    Using resolver. Go to the companies websites and use their own complaints procedure.
