    Easy Recommendation NO!

from personal experience I would stay well clear of Vodafone, customer relations are a disaster

    Google it!

I have had a good experience with Plusnet customer relations

Why not try them (owned by BT but a better service)

Bye the way, BT is the real supplier of your landline/internet, not Vodafone piggy-back mis-service supplier

    .
  • Ditto above, having had endless bad experiences with Vodafone customer services I wouldn't use them if they gave me broadband for free! As above also, was with Plusnet almost a year ago and was delighted with their service (both customer and broadband), only left them for a large Quidco payout for moving to BT, will be going back to them in April.

The Vodafone broadband uses a different team from the mobile and they are much better, however I find their router has flaky WiFi. Hard to put a finger on but I just find it less reliable than my previous Sky hub

Would like to swap over to Virgin Fibre.

Seen a good offer a few days ago for £22 per month 50Mb.

Unfortunately it is a new housing development and will probably have to wait a few years until they get round to cable it!
