Help Needed. I transferred money to the wrong bank!

Hi Guys
I did a very stupid thing. I recently got a BMI Card and set it up on my internet banking. On 20th August I made a payment of £120 and expected it to show on my credit card statement.
Problem is ... it hasn't!
When I logged onto the internet banking, I saw a 'Pay a Bill' for BMI Baby credit card and thought it was the same thing as BMI Credit card. MBNA run BMI and CitiBank run BMI Baby.
I have been struggling for the last 3 weeks to get my money back from Citibank. There is no where for them to allocate the money so it is sitting in their suspense account. Each time I call, i have to go through the 0870 customer services number and trying to get the person that I dealt with before takes an eternity, only to be told that he is on the phone, @ lunch etc.
Last Tuesday I sent a fax to Citi Banks Account department with all the details (as per the person I spoke to!!). To date I have heard nothing back from them. I have just tried phoning the person I dealt with again, only to be told that he is @ Lunch.
Lloyds can not do anything regarding the payment as it has cleared and it was marked a 'Pay a Bill' so they can not put a stop to it or reverse the payment (apparently!!!)
I really need some advise here... Does anyone have a CEO's Secretaries number @ Citi Bank or something!!
Whilst I admit that I made a stupid mistake, it is MY MONEY and I want it back. I shouldnt have to wait this long!
