Salvaging clothes

Just incase anyone has not found this site

It is the Dylon site they can help you change the colour of your clothes as well as make your undies white again.

They even have a stain guide.

Hope this is of use to someone.

I have used there dyes before and they are really good. I have one under the sink at the moment. it is so that I can re-dye hubbies jeans or navy trousers.

this tip is only really any use for anyone who lives near enough to the channel ports to be able to nip across to France but in addition to buying lots of cheap booze have a look at the machine dyes in the laundry aisle - they're a bit cheaper than Dylon but not as many colours (although they do the basics including a special blue denim)
It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!

Thanks for pointing this out Calley, I use Dylon to re-dye my (green) bathroom towels when t0ehy start to look a bit faded, also my black work trousers & a few other odd bits which gives them a new lease of life. It's second nature to me now & I forget that others who are new to old style don't always know these things so well done for recommending it:beer:

I was reading another money saving forum and they where talking about whitening your undies.

So thought I would just remind everyone.
