Virgin mortgage advice?

Help! We are so stressed it's awful! We submitted our application for our mortgage to virgin last Saturday, they instructed the survey to be done on the house we're buying on Friday and we've been told that this is a good thing has they do the underwriting first? Anyone had the same thing? How long did it take to get a full mortgage accepted? We have been asked for more info about p60's etc and they have asked for my head office email to speak to them so i guess it's just a waiting game now?

HI! How are things going now? We are waiting for a decision from Virgin money as well. Valuation came good, affordability too. They've received all information from our jobs. So much stress.
