hello to all
I had a debt with Lloyds bank which was passed to Apex Credit Managment Limited The debt was £10000
i was set up direct debit £20 a month till now i never miss any payment last week i have received letter from apex they offer me to clear my account with them its 70%, onley pay back £3000 ,
i have already spoke with them for more lower like £2000 but unfortunately they wont accept it.
should i accept this offer???

Can you afford it ?
If so then yes.
But,
Make sure you get a letter from them, stating that this £3000 will clear your debt, you will not owe them anything, and neither they, nor there agents will pursue you for the remainder of the debt.

Never accept the over over phone or email. You need a letter in the post incase it all goes south, you have proof which they must stick to.Debt As Of 19/3/2021: £16,973 | Current Debt: £9,322 | 54.9% Repaid0

No I didn't pay I am waiting for letter I accept the offer over the phone but I do not make any payment till I receive the letter to confirm that 3k full final settlement.0

But if I don't accept the offer if I keep pay 20 pounds a month they can do anything thanks.0
