Who to apply for the mortgage through?

So I did my DIP through London and Country Mortgages and got accepted by NatWest. I'll be applying for the mortgage itself in a few weeks, but shall I apply through London and Country again or shall I arrange an appointment with somebody at NatWest to do it?

It really depends on your circumstances. Personally I think it's best to use a broker.
  • That's what I'm thinking too, just in case I have any problems that need to be addressed. Thanks

I personally would go with the broker...but it depends on how simple your case will be.

In some cases, when it comes to some firms, not making any insinuation about any particular firm, they suck at complex themselves.

The question should be more of "If I am using a broker, how do I get the RIGHT broker"

    ;)
