I'm never this smug. I apologise to everyone else on the planet who can't possibly be as smug as me at this time;) And I placed the order at 14:58 and it went up to £269 at 15:15. I'm so sad but I don't care lol
  • will it arrive i wonder hope a good spot
my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!
  • Sure it will arrive as it cant be a miss price as it has been £139 for weeks prior to this on Amazon. It will not sell at the new price either so watch for it dropping again soon.

These things are available at quite a few places for around £100 so whilst a bargain, I wouldn't really view the Amazon price as a huge saving. Certainly not worth £270 as much better GPS and PDAs are available at that price.
  • Pretty sure we would have heard if it was a misprice by now, like others have said its not a massive difference to what its been on sale for before. Big difference though is the Sat Nav package being included.

I feel pretty smug too as i ordered one then realised i had forgotten to use my Nectar points link so went back and ordered another but didn't cancel the original order, both orders have gone through so that's a Xmas pressie sorted.
    WHOOOOSHHHHHHHHH……..
    Blimey what was that ?
    That was your life mate
Oh I wasn’t quite ready can I have another go ?
Sorry mate only one per person.

I'm looking for one of these. Where can you buy it for around £100?

SimplyaUser - how do you find the product and in particular the sat nav? Looks great value but I wonder how good it is.

I find it a good purchase.
    The good things are:
    1. An excellent navigation system with free upgrade from the navigation website. Very good reviews on various websites.
    2. It is of the same size as any other PDA but it works better than most of them because it is a linux system and does not suck up the memory.
    3. Opera browser (faster than the most browsers).
    4. Because it is linux, you can tweak the system to install the software of your choice.
    5. Once fully charged, you can use it for upto 3 hours continous browsing. From its review, I found that it has got the best battery performance.
    6. It has WIFi, Blue tooth and USB connectivity with PC. What else can you expect.
    7. I haved used GMAIL, GOOGLE, WIKIPEDIA, GOOGLE READER
    8. You can read your books on it in PDF format.
    9. A big show off.

    The bad things are:
    1. It is not iPhone, so do not expect magic. There is a small learning curve for using it.
    2. There is no postcode search textbox in the satnav. But you can still search postcodes by typing them in city textbox itself. This is not in the manual.
    3. This is not a full computer i.e. memory and storage limitations. You can use upto 2GB memory card though. So do not expect to run too many applications simulateously. If you run too many apps, it automatically closes them.
    4. No flash drive.
    5. I have not been able to view videos from YOUTIBE yet but I am trying.

Overall a very good value for money.
