Employment Tribunal statement advice please

I would be very grateful if anyone could advise me on the content of my employment Tribunal witness statement?
I have received the full bundle from my former employers solicitor, and much of the evidence I will be relying on is contained in their own documentation and investigation notes made re my grievance and appeal hearings.
For example, many of the comments made in employee interviews backing my manager(including his own!) inadvertently corroborate my version of events. Would it be acceptable therefore for me to refer to these in my witness statement ( quotes and bundle page reference numbers)?
I am self representing and am fairly confident about my preparations but would welcome advice on this point
Many thanks

I should make the disclaimer that my ET knowledge is rather out of date. However, I think the very old thread I started about ETs should be helpful. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1462615
Specifically, what I think would be helpful is the chronology of what happened. You can then cross-reference their notes and investigation in this and in your statement. The better referenced your document, the simpler it will make things for the court, and my own belief is that this will add to your credibility (although the courts do support anxious and disorganised appellants!)Ex board guide. That was very helpful - thank you for your advice0
