Debt not on my credit file?

Hey all,
I'm on clearscore and I see a debt defaulted for £14 - I email the company and ask what it's for, apparently a 02 contract from years ago.
While emailing them, they also noted I owe 3 £150 - this is due to some mobile broadband thing I have no memory of, but apparently took out 2.5yrs ago. I always had FiOS in my flat so don't see why I would have bought a hotspot.
Since this debt is not on my credit file - should I just ignore it?
I also have this, which should come off in Oct so I'm not too worried, but thought it was a bit weird -- £0 ?

Not sure how I can prove it? The address they have is my old address. In the latest email to me they were asking me to confirm I lived there at the time. I did, but haven't wrote back yet.
"The Three Mobile account relates to a former “Mobile Broadband Lite – 10” contract, for 24 months, originally opened on the 12th November 2014 with the mobile number “447480168893”. According to our records, no payments were made to the account and it was disconnected on the 23rd June 2015 due to non-payment. The account was opened from [ADDRESS]"

Okay, thanks for the responses.
I've written back.
'I will pay the 02 account if you instruct me how to do so.
Can you send me the original agreement for the 3 debt as I don't believe this was taken out by me. I can confirm that was my address at the time. '
What happens with the debt once you pay it off? Does it vanish from your credit file or still appear as defaulted or what?Capital One - 950/1400

Paying a defaulted account does not remove the entry, no.
Only time does that, it will be on your file for six years from date of default regardless of what you do.
Also you dont sign agreements for phone/broadband contracts, so the only evidence would be in the form of statements.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
